unri.ac.id In connection with the implementation of the Flag Ceremony in commemoration of the 72nd Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia (HUT-RI), the Chancellor of the University of Riau (UR) Prof. Dr. Ir Aras Mulyadi DEA, appealed to the entire UR academic community, consisting of Educators and Education Personnel in the UR environment to be able to take part in the series of the 72nd Indonesian Independence Day Ceremony in the UR environment.
"All UR academics, I urge you to attend the Flag Ceremony in commemoration of the 72nd Indonesian Independence Day on Thursday 17 August 2017. We will carry out this ceremony in the Open Space field in front of the UR Faculty of Agriculture campus complex. Therefore, considering that our ceremony will be held at 07.30 WIB, we urge all participants to attend the ceremony before the ceremony is held," explained Aras.
Furthermore, Aras conveyed that the participants could also prepare everything needed to take part in the ceremony in accordance with the provisions. The provisions in question are provisions in dress. For State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the UR environment who have the status of Civil Servants (PNS) wear complete Korpri clothes, and for ASN UR with the status of Contract Workers, wear dark-colored Daily Service Clothing (PDH).
In line with what the Chancellor said, UR's Deputy Chancellor for General Affairs and Finance, Prof. Dr. Sujianto MSi, said that during the implementation of this ceremony, there would also be the submission of SK Promotion and Satya Lencana, Submission of UR New Students for the Academic Year 2017/2018 from the Chancellor to the Dean Faculties in the UR environment, as well as the Launching Program to welcome Riau University with A Accreditation Accreditation in 2018.
"To all participants in the ceremony, both ASN and new UR students for the 2017/2018 academic year, I again urge you to pay attention to the schedule and conditions for participating in the flag ceremony in the context of the 72nd Indonesian Independence Day 2018 in this UR environment. Be present at least 30 minutes before the ceremony is held, and pay attention to the clothes for new students. Students wear white clothes and black pants," said Sujianto.
In 2017, UR accepted 5,962 new students for the 2017/2018 academic year who came from the affirmation acceptance pathway, Regional Superior Seed Search (PBUD), Joint Selection for State University Entrance (SBMPTN), National Selection for State Universities (SNMPTN) , Community Development, Cooperation with the Government of Rokan Hilir Regency, and the Independent Line.
“In 2017, UR received 5,962 people. From the affirmation acceptance pathway, UR received 26 people, through the Regional Superior Seed Search (PBUD) as many as 1,677, the Joint Selection for State University Entrance (SBMPTN) as many as 1,979 people, National Selection for State University Admission (SNMPTN) 1,572 people, Community Development as many as 35 people, through the acceptance channel of the Rokan Hilir Regency Government Cooperation as many as 10 people, and through the Independent Line as many as 663 people, "explained Sujianto.
