unri.ac.id University of Riau (Unri) through the Planning Section, Bureau of Planning and Public Relations (BPHM) has scheduled the implementation of the Development Plan Deliberation (Musrenbang) for Budgeting in 2020 on 20-22 February 2019 at Labersa Hotel Pekanbaru. This was conveyed by the Head of the BPHM Bureau, Drs Mawardi to the Implementation Team of the activity (15/2/2019) which was held in the Kunto Darussalam meeting room on the second floor of the Unri Rectorate Building.

Head of BPHM Drs Mawardi, said that this Musrenbang is one of the stages of activity in the cycle of preparing work program proposals for each Faculty, Institution, Unit and Agency within the Unri environment which will later become a proposed document for program planning, activities and Unri's budget for 2020, in the form of a planning document and the RKA-KL 2020 format.
"We do this Musrenbang as a means to consolidate all faculties, units and institutions within Unri in formulating activity programs and synchronizing budgeting for 2020. In addition, this meeting is an agenda for evaluating Unri's performance in 2018 and determining policy direction steps. Unri so that all 2019 development program targets can be realized optimally," Mawardi directed to the Implementation Team of activities in preparation for holding the Unri Musrenbang which is planned to be held on 20-22 February 2019.
On the same occasion, continued Mawardi, there will also be presentations from various related sources, such as from the Riau Province Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP), the Unri Supervisory Board and from the Directorate General of Science and Technology Resources for Higher Education (SDID). "At this Musrenbang activity, there will also be a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Riau University and various Unri Partners, including with the Pemko (City Government) Batam, Kadin (Industrial Chamber of Commerce-ed ) Dumai City, Geospatial Information Agency ( BIG), and BPKP Riau Province.
"We have scheduled the 2020 Unri Budgetary Musrenbang activity, on February 20, 2019 at 12.00 WIB. Because the Musrenbang agenda is so tight, we hope that all participants who will attend will be able to follow the schedule determined by the committee.
