www.unri.ac.id – Setiap institusi pendidikan Akreditasi merupakan suatu keharusan. Hal itu juga berlaku untuk sebuah universitas, baik itu Universitas Negeri maupun Swasta.
Hal ini juga berlaku pada Universitas Riau (UR). UR yang telah mendapatkan Akreditasi B, membuktikan UR bisa bersaing di tingkat yang lebih tinggi. Hal ini tidak terlepas dari peran serta seluruh civitas akademika UR. Memasuki awal tahun 2015, kabar baik Akreditasi kembali didapatkan oleh berbagai macam jurusan di lingkungan UR.
Seperti Akreditasi yang didapat oleh Jurusan Teknologi Hasil Pertanian (THP) UR yang mendapat Akreditasi B dengan nilai 327 dari Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi (BAN PT). Melalui mailing list, Prof Usman Pato PhD selaku Dekan Fakultas Pertanian mengucapkan selamat dan Tahiah serta ucapan terima kasih kepada komponen yang terlibat, baik langsung maupun tidak langsung selama proses Akreditasi Jurusan THP Fakultas Pertanian UR, tulisnya.
Selain Jurusan THP, Jurusan Ilmu Ekonomi (IE) Fakultas Ekonomi (FE) UR juga mendapatkan Akreditasi B, serta disusul oleh program pascasarjana Ilmu Kelautan (IK) yang juga mendapat Akreditasi B. Khusus Pascasarjana IK, ini adalah kali pertama Akreditasi dan langsung mendapatkan Akreditasi B. menurut Dr Joko Samiaji dalam mailing list nya, mengatakan dengan hasil raihan tersebut diharapkan menjadi pelecut untuk kedepannya.
“Setidaknya, tanggung jawab kita meluluskan alumni dari prodi yang berakreditasi B telah kita penuhi. Jadi mereka (alumni red) bisa berkompetisi di pasaran kerja,” tulis Joko Samiaji.***(Rabit – Humas UR / Hizra – Puskom UR)
www.unri.ac.id – For educational institution, accreditation is a must. It also applies to a university, both Public and Private University. This also applies to University of Riau (UR).
UR has earned accreditation B, it prove UR can compete at a higher level. It is not separated from the role of the entire academic community in UR.
In 2015, the good news is that Accreditation return obtained by the various departments in the UR. As Accreditation obtained by the Agricultural Technology’s majority (THP) which gets Accreditation B with a value of 327 from the National Accreditation Board of Higher Education (BAN PT).
Through a mailing list, Prof Usman Pato Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, congratulated and thank the components involved, either directly or indirectly for the Accreditation Department of the Faculty of Agriculture THP UR, like he wrote on mailing list.
Not only for THP, Economics majority (IE), Faculty of Economics (FE) UR also obtain accreditation B, and was followed by a post-graduate program of Marine Science (IK) which also received accreditation B.
Special for post-graduate of Marine Science, that was the first time and instantly get Accreditation Accreditation B. according to Dr Joko Samiaji on his mailing list, said that this achievement is expected to be the trigger for the future.
