unri.ac.id In relation to the implementation of the remuneration system, the Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance, General Affairs and Finance Bureau, along with a number of personnel from Gorontalo State University (UNG), paid a visit to Riau University (UR), Monday (20/11).
The delegation from UNG was received directly by the Rector and UR leadership in the DPH room on the second floor of the UR Rectorate Building. Muhammad Badu, Head of the General and Financial Bureau of UNG, stated that UNG has been a Public Service Agency (BLU) since 2009, but in implementing remuneration payments, several obstacles have been encountered, resulting in the remuneration payment not being fully implemented.

"As time goes by, we are still encountering several obstacles in implementing remuneration payments, resulting in 100 percent disbursement. Therefore, we hope that through this meeting, we can discuss, jointly explore, formulate, and gain insight into the implementation of remuneration at UR, which is now supported by technology. We believe that UR's remuneration implementation is already quite good, making it more suitable for implementation at UNG," said Badu.

On that occasion, Prof. Dr. Sujianto MSi, UR's Vice Rector for General Affairs and Finance, expressed his willingness to discuss the realization of remuneration implementation together.
