"There are ten strategic programs that must be achieved to make UNRI a World Class University, 1) UNRI is healthy, comfortable and safe, 2) transformation of the education and learning system with a national perspective based on global information technology, 3) productivity of strategic and innovative research based on local excellence with internationally reputable publications, 4) Increasing international accreditation for strategic study programs, 5) Increasing the role of institutions or faculties and lecturers as agents of change through community service," explained Sri.
"Furthermore, 6) building a transparent and accountable integrated information technology system in financial and administrative management, 7) Building strategic campus infrastructure by prioritizing an academic atmosphere and supporting the optimization of the implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education, 8) Increasing Non-UKT Income generating, 9) building an integrated academic network with alumni and stakeholders, and 10) Forming multi-talented students with high soft skills," explained Sri.
