“1000 Tree Planting Movement with the name “Green Campus based on conservation and Malay culture”, specifically there are four goals that we want to achieve, firstly, to instill conservation values ​​in the UR academic community, especially the Postgraduate Program, second support the policy Green Campus. Third increasing the participation of various parties to support environmental protection and management, especially in Pekanbaru City, and fourth "To plant 1000 trees in the UR environment," explained Dr. Suwondo MSi, as the Head of the Organizing Team for the activity.

Furthermore, as the organizer of this series of 1000 tree planting activities, we will hold a public lecture scheduled to be delivered by the Chief of the Indonesian National Police (Kapolri), General Tito Karnavian. "In our agenda, which will be held on March 2, 2017, UR will hold a public lecture for UR Postgraduate Program students.
